Application range and characteristics
1. Plasticizer: plays a role in plastic lysis and lubrication in the process of rubber plasticizing.
2. Stabilizer: used for processing stabilizer, plasticizer and internal lubricant of polymers such as polyvinyl chloride.
3. Lubricant: lubricant for high-grade lubricating oil compound, metal cutting and rolling thin steel plate.
4. Emollient: It is an emollient with good breathability and is used in skin care products.
PETS has good thermal stability and low volatility at high temperature, good demolding and flow properties, and has excellent nucleation effect on partially crystalline plastics, and can be used for transparent products. The outstanding thermal stability of PETS allows it to be used in the processing of such systems without fear of degradation, and it can significantly improve transparency and surface finish.
PETS is an effective lubricant for many polymers in extrusion and molding processes, and is recommended for PC (polycarbonate), thermoplastic polyester (PET, PBT, etc.), PPO, PPS and other engineering thermoplastics.
As an external lubricant for PC, hard PVC and other polymer systems, the high efficiency of PETS allows it to be used less than most conventional lubricants, typical dosage 0.1~1%.
Pentaerythritol stearate is used as an internal and external lubricant and mold release agent for polycarbonate and alloys, nylon (PA66, PA6), ABS, polyphenoxyether (PPO), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS); Lubricants and dispersants for thermoplastic polyesters (PBT, PET); Lubricants and dispersants of other thermoplastic engineering plastics such as PA, POM, PP, ABS, PVC, HIPS, PE; Antistatic agent, lubricant, dispersant, antifogging agent of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE); Antistatic agent and antifogging agent of polystyrene (PS); Antistatic agent, lubricant and antifogging agent of polyvinyl chloride (PVC); polyurethane (PU) slippery agent, anti-fogging agent; Lubricants for thermosets.
